Culture (circa 2014) has become a business world buzzword. Top companies (and some shyster pretenders) use culture to help leverage their hiring process to help secure quality, talented folks. If a great culture truly exists, a company will have no problem at retaining those top performing employees while attracting new ones to join suit.
